By accessing or using k9 tracks (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to data processing. If you use a sign-in provider, you must have the right to use that account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the security of your device and credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect data. You can request deletion at Data Deletion.

5. License & Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or professional dog tracking. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the legality and safety of your content and activities.

7. Prohibited Conduct
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or networks.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
  • Upload malicious code or infringing content.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or dangerous activities.
8. Location & Safety

The Service uses GPS and maps. Use common sense and adhere to local laws and safety guidelines when training. You are responsible for staying aware of surroundings and conditions.

9. Changes to the Service

Features may evolve. We may add, remove, or change features at any time, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of maps, GPS, or results. Use at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless k9 tracks and its operators from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue will be the competent courts of the Netherlands.
